Create a locked down version

Just have a couple of questions in order to lock down XYplorer for a standard user:
1. Disable the menu bar totally for a user (I know it can be hidden but keyboard shortcut can bring it back)?
2. Remove access to the right click menus?
3. Remove access to the configuration for a user?
