I've lost my zebra stripes!

Another issue I've run into on this new HP Pavillion AIO running Windows 10 Pro is that there are no zebra stripes displayed, even though I have them selected here:

Tools -> Configuration -> Colors and Styles -> Grid Style: Zebra Stripes Alternate Rows (1)

The zebra strips display fine on my HP Envy laptop running Windows 10 Pro, but are not visible on the new PC.

Show Grid must be ticked as well:
Tools | Customize List | Show Grid
