The XY window-copy is not very useful if the copied file already exists.
(1) The Information on the copied file after the existing file. Because when you copy important information on the copied file, then immediately it is not visible, you have to look for it.
(2) Button "Replace" and "Skip" small, you can miss between them.
Propose to do so, as previously in Microsoft Explorer with the addition of a background color that you can understand a file being copied is newer than the existing or not?
My suggestions
(1) Make two additional large buttons-actions in the form of two rectangles. Inside of the first rectangle is the information on the copied file. Inside of the second rectangle is information about the current file. Because the buttons are large, you will not miss clicking the mouse.
(2) That the information on the copied file to put the first (above).
(3) When you click on the top button (which is located inside the information on the copied file) copy the new file. When you click on bottom button (which is located inside information about an existing file) copying does not occur, i.e., the existing file remains.
(4) In order to quickly understand a file being copied is newer than the existing or not, to highlight the information on the copied file in the background color. The color of the background to make all the information on the copied file inside the rectangle. Color: if the copied file is newer - the color green; if the older - the red color; if the file is the same - the gray color.

Re: Copy
It's very hard to understand what you are saying here. Can you rewrite it in clearer English? You'll be more likely to get an answer.
