Columns / Net Shares

Hello guys,

I have two problem and any help will be greatly appreciated:

1. I am unable to hide the column headers bar/row. I use list view and I am really bugged by the space that bar takes. Is there a way to remove it permanently?

2. Net shares in the local network are slow and unresponsive(especially on initial opening), sometimes I don't event get a prompt for a user name and passwords. I have tested with other explorer replacements (q-dir, total commander) and the issue is missing there....

Oh my, I have lost couple of hours the last few days to figure this out. Thank you Highend! Really!

If anyone has any ideas on the net shares -> I have tested in on several machines and on tho different infrastructures?
