Command ID does not exist

Post by Kucera »

Hello, updated 15 something to 17.04.01, and now double click does not send file to Texpad.
In Portable file Association I have
"Default or TextPad opens file"*>::#1401;
When I double click a plain .txt or a no-extension file, there's an error message saying
'Command ID #1401 does not exist'
Yet if I go to User-Run script> default or Textoad opens, file opens ok;
Manage user defined commands menu shows the attached - 1401 on the button.
The script file, which one of you kind gentlemen made up for me 6 years ago, is DefaultOrTextpad.xys, attached as well.
What happened to #1401 ? Can you help me to make it work again?
Regards Emil

:oops: No, it is the correct screenshot, how embarrassing! I misread the 1400 for 1401; now that I have corrected the appropriate line, all is well.
Thanks for pointing it out. Now to hope that my other problem (the compare script) will be as easy to fix?
Thank you very much
regards Emil
