I assume I am missing something somewhere in the help files. So I feel the fool for asking this question.

But I cannot find an answer.

Pressing F3 does not open the quick search window. It repeats the last search. How do I change this? I do not remember this happening before. (Ctrl-Sft F3 does not turn this behavior off).

Menu - Tools - Customize Keyboard Shortcuts... - "Jump..." button - Enter "f3"
