Focussed row color & text color problem

I have set focussed row color to 800000 (brown). It is difficult to read focussed row because of black text. Text color should be in light color.

Right, you can change the color of "Text" too.
or did you mean XY should automatically do that? if so I wouldnt agree.

OK, now I get it. You mean on the fly right? just like how windows shows white text when you select a text. In your case you want it for focused text. I agree it would be nice (in my case when it is black) because right now there is not scope for dark background colors since it would hide the text.

The forecolor is used for the color coding (color filter) of file types. It should not depend on the current background color of a row. hence: choose all dark colors for the text, all light colors for the background -- or vice versa.
