When I make a "Click and Tag" group, the tags seem independent from the main tag list in that I can add a new tag to that list and tag a file. The tag is associated to the file, but does not appear on the actual tag list. By not appearing on the tag list, when I clean orphaned tags, are the tags that are assigned to a file via the "click and tag" method, but not on the main list, deleted?
Regardless of the outcome of the orphaned tags, it seems that the main tag list and the "Click and Tag" lists ought to be combined or synced so there aren't any "ghost" tags floating around out there.
