Where do I go for Tech support. Is the Forum all that's offered?

I purchased a key on 2016-03-31. It does not work on current download. I get this error.
"Your Standard License Pro is valid only for versions released before 2013-04-21.
Please upgrade your license, or downgrade to a previous version.
Click OK to open the order page in your web browser now."
Any ideas. Thanks

So it's a license problem. In this case it's indeed better to contact support via email:

I consider it annoying and poor form to offer an upgrade, allow installation and then say " sorry, you have to downgrade or purchase new license".
Bad design of installation procedure, which can only translate into bad design of product software.
Or it is a marketing trick / trap which is even more offensive.

Question: Did you use the self-update right from the app?

BTW, it's easy to downgrade to the last version your license is good for:
