Info tips inconsistency

I hardly use the alternative viewmodes (speed is in the details!) so didn't notice this before.

I have restricted infotips to show only when hovering on icons.

Now, details, list, small icons view show infotips when hovering over file icon, but
1. large icons and thumbnails view shows them only on filename. (toggling that icon-only-tips option doesn't matter)
2. neither tiles view shows tips on any species of hover.

bug or some forgotten setting at fault??

1. Yes, I simply think it's better like this. The core idea of "Configuration | File Info Tips | Show info tips only when hovering file icon" is to reduce the hot area to something small. In these modes the caption is smaller than the icon/thumb.
