Make column headers readable in autosize

I use autosize columns, but one annoying thing is this effect.



Is it possible to have the column headers fully readable?

Okay, annoys me too!

A problem however is the sorted column: due to that "pyramid" icon the space for the caption is smaller there. However, it's no good to make the sorted column extra-wide because when sorting another column the problem rises again. Or autosize columns on every re-sort? Naaah...

When autosizing columns the columns now are kept wide enough to keep their captions uncropped.
