[Solved] xyplorer suddenly "cannot decode" preview

hi
i installed FastPictureViewerCodecPack and i can view the DDS file in both preview and floating preview before
but suddenly i don't know why xyplorer cannot preview the DDS file anymore ( i added dds into "images file" preview format)
when i use preview xyplorer says "cannot decode"
in floating preview it says : "no preview available"
while in windows explorer i can view the dds thumbnail
i tried uninstall and reinstall FastPictureViewerCodecPack and reboot ,but it still not working
i am not sure it because of i have installed Autodesk 3dsmax , but i don't remember if this problem happens before i installed 3dsMax
Does anyone have experience with this ?

solved : i install "DDS Thumbnail Viewer" https://developer.nvidia.com/legacy-texture-tools and it works fine now

edit : i'm so grateful if there is an option sothat the user can turn on or off the alpha-transparency channel in preview
