Add customize toolbar to back, fore and up buttons

Its a trivial thing, but in the toolbar: Back, Fore and Up buttons donot have "customize toolbar" on right-clicking. Now everytime I want to customize i have to think twice.

PS: Didnt want to come up with a biig wish when you are amidst CKS. :wink:
