1-why running script form the command line clones current tab? "open command line start path in new tab" is ticked

3-can files be filtered by their paths in branch view or search list (example: hide or show only all files form "c:\"; "F:\Games" temporarily not global by ghost filter?

I know this tip but doesn't the command line supposed to open 1 new tab (not cloning the current tab and then create a new one)
