The software has since the first version I have used (v15.20 so quite recent) never functioned to view network devices on the windows network.
If I click on the highest level Network element in the tree structure ("Network") I see a status bar in XYPlorer say "Enumerating servers in Red". v15.20 would hang the program at this point. Now with v15.40 eventually after a fairly long wait it updates and reports "done" but I never see anything at all in the network structure or any devices at all even though I have a fair few that are instantly viewable via the standard Windows Explorer.
Can anyone suggest what could be wrong here?
