remove minimum window height

Why does tracker have a minimum window height?
I can't resize it any smaller than about 300px.
This makes it unshadeable with freeshade (http://hmmn.org/FreeShade/beta.html).

So... is there a good reason for restricting the height?

The reason is the info panel. It needs some space.
