MDBU w/o shrink to fit: How to scroll off-screen?

I have images with stupidly high height but low width (kind of collage) => I have to disable shrink to fit.
on MDBU, that image exceed screen edge => I cannot pan scroll.
Any solution?

Give an example of the dimensions, please.

#image.dimensions = 385 x 15030
Anyway, I may use
Configuration > Mouse Down Blow Up > Movement > Loupe
I can live with this
