Can Autoplay open XYPlorer instead of Windows Explorer?

Hello
when I connect a device eg a USB stick, digital camera, external drive or an iPOD, Windows prompts me with an Autoplay window, asking (among other things) if I want to open folder to view files which would invoke windows explorer. Can I set it to open with XYPlorer instead?

I didn't see any response to this query but for me, it's a must have for a windows explorer replacement. Checking trial software, dopu$$$ and xplorer2 manage it so I'm not sure why Xyplorer can't. I guess there's a way.... I just haven't figured it out yet. Any suggestions?

Similar question. May have already asked this but not sure.
I have XY set to default file manager as above. But when I do a 'Save As...' from my web browser WE comes up instead of XY. Any way to make XY come up instead?

Nope, this is hard-coded.

I did this and restarted xyplorer but do not see any change in behaviour when I insert a USB stick. I'm using a freshly downloaded trial version of version 15.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hm, out of ideas.

You need to create an autoplay handler to achieve this.

A software that can do this is e.g. "Default Programs Editor"
