I spent maybe four hours chasing this down to no avail. MS sites on VB6 is only for developers. I have had a few MS-level problems since I updated Office 2003 to read write and edit DOCX format that is probably tangled up somehow. Sometimes multiple * happens all at once. Anyway
Won't Start - VB6 "Run-time error '91': etc.

When reporting a bug, please include the following information: your XYplorer version (e.g., v27.90.0047), your Windows version (e.g., Win 11), and your screen scaling percentage (e.g., 125%). We recommend adding your Windows version and screen scaling percentage to your profile or signature. This will make debugging much easier for us.

that's my limit - and until it fixes itself (like with a new lappy due ASAP) I have to switch back to TC, with some added speed as a bonus cause VB is no screamer.

Re: Won't Start - VB6 "Run-time error '91': etc.
What makes you think this has anything to do with Vb6?
It's an error that's caused by some faulty logic in the coding. So let's try to find the cause of it.
First question: Do you also get the error with a fresh installation of XY?
