Hide extension in Name column?

Wow, so much capability and flexibility. But, I can't find a way to switch OFF the extension being added to the file name. For me, this unnecessarily clutters a listing of song names, as an example. I can add the "Ext" column if I need it.

Windows is default configured to "Hide extensions for known file types". I'm surprised Xyplorer doesn't follow that configuration.

I'm hoping the option to switch file name extensions On or OFF is available, but I just can't find it. Help!
