Somehow I lost the uppermost menu bar that has the pull-down's. I suspect I pressed a shortcut key combo but don't recall which. I brute forced to get it back by restoring the folder on User AppData Roaming but would really like to know how it is done in case I lose it again???

Alt+Up, you can find keyboard shortcuts in the help file
