Launch with Windows key

Got used over the years to hitting windows key + E to launch explorer (and Opus). Is this something I can enable with XY

(I did do a search on "windows key" Must have skimmed too fast - bit tired - been slaving over a hot C# compiler, winmerging and general DllHelling today. Brain fried. Need beer. Must ..... have ....beer.
