standard sort order

I must be overlooking something...
How can I make XY set a standard sort order for my tab(s) in the pane(s).
I just want to sort according to date modified (descending), instead of to name (ascending). I can't find it anywhere, it must be very straightforward?

No, there are simply so many posts here that it can take a while. XY is just becoming too popular...

So, when exactly do you expect this to happen? By default XY remembers the last sort order anyway, so I'm not sure what is going wrong. But maybe this helps. If you want all tabs to be the saem all the time simply untick this:
Configuration | Styles | Remember list settings per tab
