How do I make Column width constant?

I'm feeling extremely stupid.
I think I somehow had this feature/setup where the name column in details view always had a constant width before I changed XYplorer's AppData Path in startup.ini and erased the original location from within XYplorer, without copying it over. ( congratulations! )
I've gotten almost all my personalizations back, except that now the name column's width changes to accommodate the longest filename in the current folder. How do I get it to be a constant width? or did I somehow invent a false memory during my frenzied settings-salvage operation?

Completely unrelated: Firefox's spellchecker wanted to change "AppData" to "Tapdance". I found it hilarious.

Turn off Tools>Customize list>Autosize columns maybe?

I hardly notice those List and Tools menu items (mix them up with List Management and Tools Special ) So many options...
