last beta download file broken

After downloading the zip file I open it for example with 7-zip and if I try to execute the installer file the message is as in the image

That is the hash of the corrupt download. Clear your (proxy's) cache.

All the previous beta versions 13.40 where giving the same message, other previous versions like for example 13.20 where OK.

After deleting some registry entries with this file name related with MRU lists, I finally was able to download the correct file.

It seems that the system was keeping an old version of the file somewhere and was not downloading the correct one.
