Code: Select all

"XYplorer Floating Preview" {:Photo}>#178;
Instead of opening that picture, it opens the preview of the actually selected file in the list. If there is no selected one, nothing happens.

I don'T think you proved a point with #178... It is rather a wrongly set PFA. It should be like this, because of the nature of #178 (open the preview os the selected file):

Code: Select all

"XYplorer Floating Preview" {:Photo}>goto <pfaitem>; #178;

However, fortunately my PFA works like a charm, without being on the current path:

Code: Select all

"FastStone Image Viewer" {:Image}>C:\Users\b\Portables\FSViewer\FSViewer.exe

Well, okay. Assuming that users who use CFA roughly know what they are doing I will experimentally enable it.

+ MUSD Menus: The context menu of the menu items now experimentally features a
command to open files without going there first:
- Open
Note that when you are using Custom File Associations (CFA), not all of
them will necessarily work when you try to open a file out of context.
If this is possible here why isn't it possible to use this as the default when simply left clicking a file?

I think because right now it is only an experimental feature. Later I expect something like the "Open files from Address Bar" (which practically reverses the Go and Open).

If this feature makes the cut, I'd like to see an option to make this the default action when clicking on a file. 8)

Yeah, cool. I think I will add it to the Tree as well (optionally). Might even add it to HoverBox (just showing the beginning of the list, not clicking).

I am looking forward especially to the HoverBox solution...
