I like Filyx, but as I said, I'm finished with the idea of changing the name, and I don't think Filyx would be good for the tropical edition: it has the problem of spelling and pronouncing.

Quickly, how about TROXYP for Tropical XYP? can be pronounced Troksip.

As for the name of TAFKAX & for the sake of amusement, I had thought of Nexys... (though the domain belongs to one of those shallow domain name resellers).

But there already is a file manager called Nexus.

But names ending in ...xys is a promising avenue, as anything ending in ...xy sounds kind of frivolous to me.

It's a play on 'cybernaut' - a navigator/explorer of cyberspace.
Most people will get the meaning and pronounciation.

And the "Xybernaut Corporation...was founded in 1990" and xybernaut.com is already f***king taken! Can you believe that?
