Well then... what the.. are you still waiting for, do it now :!: ;) :D 8)
Let's talk about captions. I try to make it as clear as possible. This is my favorite way:

Refresh F5 (that's the new Refresh!)
Refresh and Reset Ctrl+F5 (that's the traditional Refresh!)
EDIT: or Forced Refresh Ctrl+F5 (that's the traditional Refresh!)

Clear enough?

My vote would go for Refresh & Reset; I dont like "Force" that much.
So I guess you didn't like (Smart) Refresh (new one) and Reload (old one) ?

Or you could simply use "Traditional Refresh" and "Smart Refresh" ;)

Sounds good.

I prefer Refresh and Reset Ctrl+F5...Forced Refresh makes it sound like a Refresh F5 doesn't do a good enough job.

Thanks for your comments, folks. I went for "Refresh and Reset" even before you voted for it. "Forced" was a bad idea because it implies some sort of caching as in an internet browser, where Ctrl+F5 indeed is a Forced Refresh.
