Disable toolbar tooltips

While we're on the subject, here's a way to disable tips for Windows Explorer, so consider this a tip

1. Open RegEdit, go to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

2. Look for the key called ShowInfoTip. Right-click it, Modify and change its value from 1(default) to 0.

These are the File InfoTips (which you can disable in XY as well). But toolbar tips?

I think it may cover both, actually. Explorer may differentiate between types of tips, but appears not to when it comes to enabling/disabling them.
