I'm still waiting for additional people to voice their interest... Right now you seem to be the only one...
EDIT: After sleeping a night, I'm totally on Don's side. People using the Mouse in Left-handed-mode can easily switch buttons in Windows settings and XY would respect those, so, that feature would be purely a nostalgic thing.
Norton Commander (and the other two, too) were one of the first visual browsers, and that was already sufficient to explain it's existence, since we had been using DOS Commands before. Norton Commander could list files, copy files, move files, and that's roughly about all.
XYplorer is way beyond that level and, honestly... the right mouse-button is already used and popping-up the context-menu (something Norton Commander did not have) would have to be relocated... for nostalgic reasons.
So, unless there's a significant demand for that feature... I doubt Don will reconsider.
