Are you using the new "Bytes" format for the column?

Yes. The problem is with the 'System Volume Information' folders.

It's been a while. I am using XYPlorer 16.10.0300.
There is a button: Calculate Folder Sizes. (Shift+F5) which can achieve it.

No, <SHIFT>-F5 also doesn't work.
