Blinking taskbar

Hi,

When we ask to open a folder from an application (dropbox as one example), XY is just blinking in the taskbar instead of taking the focus with a well visible windows.
How to change the first behaviour by replacing it with the second one ?

Ok, If i open the default windows explorer and double click a folder, xyplorer is launched to open it after the default windows explorer and i have xyplorer windows visible on screen.

Apparently, there are some cases where xyplorer is launched but the window is not visible, we just see the xyplorer windows visible in the taskbar but not the windows itself.

OK, understood. But I have never seen such cases myself, and without being able to reproduce the problem I cannot do much about it at the moment.
