Yes but if you look again on my mock-screenshot You would see a tickbox...So when the tickbox is enabled then the max setting limit can be made otherwise when the tickbox is disabled then that area of option would be greyed out...Agree?

Yes, but why add an option that only one person needs?

So is it more about saving space when you think about adding UI options to the Settings? Just askin

The Ini Tweak is already there so the 'option' already exists but for this type of option I just find the Ini Tweak too hidden; hidden away from my immediate view of all the settings and Iv'e never had to us a Ini Tweak for XY ever!

Yes I am that one person but it would still benefit all. We are already on the forefront of the age of 4K video resolutions too so perhaps this UI PreviewMax setting could be for video files as well as images. (Hmm future-proofing)

Don, it's ok if you still feel not to add a UI front for the PreviewMax. Btw, if it was implemented as UI front then then tickbox would be disabled by default anyway.

There's quite a bit Don must consider. Some which I can think of...

What's the best English label for this option?
Is it worth creating work for all the language translators?
What documentation is needed to explain the option?
Will adding it to the GUI make existing screenshots and videos appear obsolete?
Will it create clutter, bloat, or a sense of overwhelming choices?
