MDBU starting with 13.00

In preparation for digital scanning of a large number of family 35mm slides (remember those?) looked for the first time to new MDBU features added in 13.00. Went to Configuration | Thumbnails and checked the added boxes.

The problem is that both the right and left mouse button yield exactly the same image; that is the right does not produce the advertised Fit Image to Screen. Note that Stay Up is functioning. Is some other setting needed some place?

Ideally I suppose you would want the left click to provide an actual size view to examine photos closely and the right click MDBU to provide a "fit to screen" view. So as of now you are getting actual size for both left and right MDBU? The setting for MDBU are in both the "Preview" area of Configuration (normal left click MDBU) as well as in the "Thumbnails" section (for right click MDBU). In Thumbnails configuration, are you sure you scrolled down far enough (if scrolling is necessary) to check off both "On right mouse down" and "Fit image to screen"? You should also have "Shrink to fit" unchecked in the Preview section for "Mouse down blow up" area which would apply to the normal left button MDBU. This in itself should do it (i.e., I don't believe there are any old tweaks that still apply).

That was it! Clearly is a complex interrelationship between those two Configuration areas.
