Directional formatting codes detected

this my setting



and with downloaded vids from youtube i always get this warning

Ah, interesting! I did not know that these codes can be found in Arabic filenames.

It's easy for me to fix. Next version change log:

    * Directional formatting codes protection: Before it was like this:
        When opening a file containing any DFC, you are warned.
        NOTE: Because this is the most dangerous part, this warning 
        cannot be turned off! You get it independently of the setting of 
        "Directional formatting codes protection".
      However, this lead to unwanted warnings with files with Arabic 
      names. So from now on, you get this warning only if "Directional 
      formatting codes protection" it enabled.
