unable to Left drag

I discovered that I'm unable to left drag from list to catalog. The only tweak I discovered is about disallow the left drag that in my system is not ticked.

Have no idea why this happens.

By tweak you mean the setting "Disallow left dragging from tree and list" in Config "Menus, Mouse, Safety", right?
Because that's not really a tweak around here. Tweaks here are usually only accessible by editing the ini-file manually.

Right, understood, but I don't see the reason for not being able to left drag.
