Quick Way to Custom Copy/Backup Settings

Is there a way to quickly open up the Custom Copy/Backup Configuration Settings? I rather not rely on AHK or AutoIt to do it. I tried playing with sendkeys but it's not going well for me since I don't fully get how to use it well. Also looked through keyboard shortcuts to hopefully find Command IDs but no luck.

Don, maybe could you add a "Configure" list item for the Copy/Backup/MoveTo toolbar items? It would be very useful if you have to do many of these operations and each of them you want different settings.
