mkv file lenght

Why MKV files does not display lenght field in the file info or meta tab (like in attached pictures) - MKV preview works fine, Klite is installed.
Any other video files like AVI, MPG even ASF works fine. Each of them display lenght. Is there a way to force MKV file to do this ?

The Length info apparently is not accessible via the Shell Extended Properties. There is nothing I can do, I'm afraid.
