Post by hondoe »

I know most people use Microsoft Office, but for those of us who use WordPerfect, can you add the ability to preview those files?

thanks

Taking this further, how about writing a plugin API so other people can support every little file format under the sun, should they wish to without bothering you Don? ;)

Using another program's viewers

Post by hondoe »

Apparently Directory Opus, which seems to be the closest competitior to your program, can use the free file viewers from Yahoo Desktop Search.

So you wouldn't have to "reinvent the wheel" but just add access to these viewers.

I've currently no time to open this box. I keep it in the back of mind...
