How do I display full path in address bar?

My address bar shows me paths like this:

"Dave\Dropbox\Work\"

But I want it to display the full path like this:

"C:\Users\Dave\Dropbox\Work\"

How can I do this? I know I can workaround this by selecting a file in the folder and then doing "To Clipboard -> Item Path" but I'd like to just copy the full path direct from the address bar.

The address bar shows "Dave\Dropbox\Work\" because... well, you really are in "Dave\Dropbox\Work\"! In Windows you can access several folders in a number of ways, and XY AB shows the way you used to access that folder. Afaik you can't force it to always show the real/physical path unless this is the one you followed to reach "C:\Users\Dave\Dropbox\Work\".

You are right - if I recreate the tab using the full path, then it does retain and show the full path.
