Czech

Post by hogaty »

Hello,

I want to start a new topic Czech translation.

Currently I have translated the language file content of about 98%.

I used Microsoft TBX (with terminology for Czech). As a model of translated language file I used the Polish language file. Thanks to its author.

Hi Don,

Here is attachment - czech translation ( file Czech_8.27.lng ) - 100 % translated.

I am thinking that so good application must be translated to Czech. I am using the XYplorer for 5 years everyday. XYplorer is really true filemanager.

Thanks a lot, and thanks for the translation! Hopefully the Czechs will note it. I'm not aware of too many of them among my users.

There is a comma mismatch in this line:

Code: Select all

co.0243=01|Raw Bytes Count,Bytes,KB (Rounded Up),KB,MB,GB,TB,PB,Flexible,Flexible (Rounded Up),Clusters|--|Hrubý počet bajtů,KB (zaokrouhleno nahoru),KB,MB,GB,TB,PB,Flexibilní,Flexibilní (zaokrouhleno nahoru),Klastrů
You immediately see it when you select item 243 in the ITT and choose menu Edit | Parallel Edit.

(I noted it because loading Czech into the current German BETA leads to a crash -- this will not happen anymore in the next BETA.)

Do you plan to correct this mistake?

Hello,

Thank you for detection of the error. I have corrected it. I did do some necessary adjustments of translation too. The new version of Czech language file (Czech_8.27_1.lng) is as an attachment.
As I see it, Czech_8.27_1.lng is ready to use version. Future possible modifications would were a minor corrections at some word forms or at explanatory text somewhere only.
My Translation of course will be examined thoroughly from Czech users only.

You can try it.
