Help files teaches that I could do this:
"No extension" *.>Wordpad
but it opens .exe files too under Wordpad. What am i doing wrong?

No, it didn't worked. I had an idea, will try it on a fresh install.
Another question:
is it possible for XYplorer to have a PFA which work for all extensions that have no programs assigned to them?
