OT: Business as usual

Post by admin »

Here's a cute example of the kind of people that also buy alternative file managers and what kind of emails they send me... :eh:

Note that I had already replied two times to mails using similar font sizes trying to help this friendly fellow of us. Oh, boy... well, at least this accounts for some of the hate reviews I'm getting now and then. :mrgreen:

Hi Don,

well, threatening shitstorms seems to be the contemporary digital terrorism. :evil:

Still, the good is supposed to win. Period.

Cheers,

Geez! :shock:
Well, if this person can't even spell refund correctly, and as written asks YOU to not put negative comments on CNET, I'd not put too much worth in this...XY doesn't delete anything automatically (like some system/registry cleaners do) so they would have had to delete files themselves...and thus I don't have any sympathy for this user at all.
Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!
(XP on laptop with touchpad and thus NO mouse!) Using latest beta vers when possible.

Yeah, that's a total nonsense. He/She is using a free trial and wants money back? What money? Bah...

DONALD;
I SRSLY TRIED TO SCROLL THAT IMAGE YOU EMBEDDED.
I EVEN CLICKED THAT BLUE SCROLLBAR MULTIPLE TIMES UNTIL I NOTICED IT IS ONLY A PART OF THE SCREENSHOT.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM EMBEDDING CONFUSING SCREENSHOTS IN THE FUTURE.
I WILL SEND WHATEVER PROOF YOU NEED OF CONFUSION.

Probably he forgot to uncheck "Permanently delete my important subfolders for no reason" in the options dialog.
Too bad he didn't try pressing Ctrl+Z.
