Extended File Info

On the right click pop up menu, under To Clipboard, there is a menu item "Extended File Info".

In the help file, there is an internal link showing an example of the Extended File Info for the file XYplorer.exe itself.

However, when I use Extended File Info on XYplorer.exe (under WinXP, classic) and then paste the clipboard in editor, I am able to see only the first "paragraph" of what help file mentions. Also, my Info apparently always begins with "X ".

Is it me, my system, by design or the Sun wind influence?

BTW, for that menu section (section 2) the formulation in Help would imply that it is applicable only on a single file. However, it seems to be applicable to either a single file, or a single folder.
