why the label and tag column doesn't display?

why the label and tag column doesn't display?

Hi,
I try to turn on the label and tag in the details view but they don't display. why ?

Try right-clicking the heading of the Name, Ext or Type column and then select additional columns.
Win 10 Pro 64bit
