Apply Folder View Settings to all drives

I have figured out how to apply Folder View Settings to all folders within a single drive by using the "Apply This Folder View Also To.." menu. However, I can not figure out how to apply them to all drives on my computer. Of course, I could go through the "Apply This Folder View Also To.." menu process for each drive on my computer, but that would be cumbersome. It seems like there should be a way to apply the Folder View Settings to all drives at one time.

In Folder View Settings substitute the drive letter with a question mark.

View > Folder View Settings > Define this Folder View as Default ?
