11.9.0010: How to replaced invalid text?

When rename, all invalid texts are replaced by dot "." . I want to change it to underscore "_".
but how?

P.S XYplorer is very slow to show/hide hidden/system files. Does anyone know why?

Invalid characters are replaced by the character defined at Configuration | Templates | Character to replace invalid characters. If no character is defined then "." (dot) is used.
