File info with mouse over

When i mouse over files in XY a box appears with file info.
Is their anyway to stop this as its very very annoying to me.

Yes, you can:
menu Tools>Configurations>File info Tips and uncheck "Show file info tips".

And I find those file info tips to be one the BEST and most useful features of XY which, when I'm somewhere else without access to XY, really miss!

The thing I like about the method above is that if you hold Shift down the File Info Box pops up. Best of both worlds.

I have not tried the menu fix in this thead and it may work as the fix above but if it doesn't then you've got the option of changing.

Good tip, I tend to forget about this. Maybe I should raise this tweak to UI level?

The info popup will work only if you hold shift button and hover.
