Will latest v11 be free upgrade to v8 user?

Will latest v11 be free upgrade to v8 user?

I haven't used XYplorer for a long time. I have got version 8. I see XYplorer is at version 11 now.

Can I get full access to v.11 or would I have to pay?

If you got the Lifetime License then it's free.
