Isn't Search & Replace missing a button?

While doing a lot of renaming noticed for the first time this problem. When invoking Rename Special|Search and Replace the dialog box has three buttons: Preview, Okay and Cancel. But if Help (Information) is called upon by clicking "Tips" there is no Preview available.

Logic dictates that it is even more important in that dialog as the user has asked for assistance and needs to verify action before shooting himself in the foot.
